I busted a blood vessel in one of my eyes a few years back. I was all panicked but the eye doctor was like, it's no big deal man, you just have to give ittime and it goes away on its own. It'll turn brown like old blood does and then eventually it will be flushed out. Mine took like a week. It doesn'thurt a single bit. I think mine happened when I sneezed too hard.
