That's not your significant other??? I'm about to have someone move in and split this rent so I can keep some pocket change and all that but for youall that have been in this situation before or are doing it now how is it? What should I expect? How do y'all divide stuff like food and all that? I'mthinking about having it "everyman for himself" cause I cant cook, so whatever you buy is yours and what ever I buy is mine. Sound like a plan?
i think that is asking for problems to occur. You guys should just come to an agreeement about that the food is both of yours & that you guyscan share it freely. But what you should do is that the person who finishes the last of something has the responsibility to replace it.
Find someone similar to u, with they head on straight... Very clean, and make sure they like to party, but only once or so a week. My roommate is smart, antisocial, burps every 2 mins, queefs every five, his side is dirty, he showers every 2-3 days, and never goes out, and i've hadgirls in here and its extremely awkward with him doing nothing all day. On the bright side he helped me with my calculus hw today
also you should try to find someone that is similar to you, but someone that isnt too similar to you. Where there are a few differences, also findsomeone who is ok with you bringin females over at any hour.
Dude who's moving in is my homie's homie... dude is alright, on that black boy white boy tip if you've heard that Yung LA and Young Dro mixtape. Heworks overnight and I work early in the morning so if I did have people over it wont affect him. I'm mainly just trying to see what others have gonethrough so if and when some misunderstanding happens I'll have some insight on how to resolve it. Ya know.
its cool if ya'll can semi get along... we have our own food...need to borrow something from the other we just ask...most of the time its not a problem... you dirty it you clean it... no friends smoking in the house cuz we don't we're friends tho so its cool...we were just kinda cool when we moved in together tho...i just needed a place to live and it happen to work out well
I had my best friend move in with me and I don't even like him anymore 4 months later. I'm still texting the $##* out of this dude trying to get mymoney he still owes on the final bills. I wouldn't recommend it.
Black boy swag white boy tags, dro is a fool All u gotta do is make sure if u gotta problem wit dude address that $**! early before it gets outta hand like if u start to notice him leaving clothes on thefloor, his habit is only gonna get worse so check him on lil $**! like that.
they mind theres and I mind mine. the only thing I don't like is how they leave the kitchen a mess but !%%* it...
me and my friend were thinking about getting an apartment, we were also going to get a 3rd roommate preferably a female or someone that can cook. we arecurrently looking for a good apartment somewhere in queens, hopefully everyone would be able to get along but i don't think that usually happens for tolong
that's the best way to be if ya'll aren't that cool... besides you're guys...you could always bond over sports and beer or something...
i'd say this is absolutely crazy. the last thing you want to do is split food costs between the two of you. that will bring about wayyy more trouble than if you each bought your own. i've done it this way (buy your own food) the past 2 years, and i can tell you, it works fine.
Word me and my homey are talkin about movin into an apartment together when were ready to move out our parents house dude is clean and he manages his moneywell and he has a job and I'm gonna get my job pretty soon so were just talkin bout movin to an apartment when we come of legal age. Cliffnotes -Dude is clean and good with money -I'm good with money and I can manage myself...(i.e. cooking, cleaning, and work wise) -bad thing: Me and dude are big time gamers and we can't really find a fair way to split the electric bill
jus MAKE sure both your name is on the lease.. so that way if one trys to flake out on the rent .. you can sue them with evidence..
just split all bills in half unless one has to have the extra cable package and the other doesn't want it...they can pay the extra...but theother would probably watch it too so i would say EVERYTHING in half far as utilities...
Well cable or satellite is a necessity for anyone really So is internet since we both have GT's on Live...I'll just have to discuss that with him
Thing is were home at different times and one always plays more than the other....so I guess I'm gonna end up getting the short straw I clock in more hours on Live than he does usually.
