...for the first time in about 7 years. I noticed a man missing 2/3 of his entire body but he seems perfectly fine. How is this physically possible?

oh i think i saw this alredy but a other guy..
theres 2 scenarios of how he would get rid of his wastes...
1-They put a bag in his stomach or something connecting to his long n short intestine..
2-He goes to the hospital and has a daily cleanup..
either way it is a bad way to live life hopefully he has a better 1 up there

They probably constructed channels for his waste to leave his body. I'm assuming they alter peoples' plumbing when they go in for sex-changesurgery so it's not some new groundbreaking procedure.
On an unrelated note, dude's triceps, traps and delts must be tremendously ripped.
