I go to college in ATL but did not grow up here.

From what my friend tells me, he remembers coming down 75/85...and the freeway being STOPPED. Complete traffic jam. Ok now here is where things get crazy:

Dudes were walking on the freeway trying to holla at females. Females were on top of cars booty shaking. People were dancing in the middle of lanes
It was a block party on a multi-lane freeway.

All of this took place on the major joint-freeway that runs through town.

Now imagine what the parks, clubs,bars and streets were like.
