Sqeaky jordans need opinions

My jordan 5s are squeaking at the tongue whenever i walk anyone know how to prevent this?

You could try rubbing a little Vaseline where they rub together or you could put some kind of material in there to keep them from rubbing together.

i hear, you take out the insole and place a little bit of baby powder in the shoe. place the insole back in and u should be good

i tried that and nothing cause its the tongue that making the noise

I put a piece of cleanex and it stopped but idk how that will stay when there being worn...
