Starter Jackets sizing help?

Was wondering does Starter jackets run true to size or do i need to get a size up?  I like my clothes to fit me fitted and i wear a small in brands like hollister,ae, express, etc. Thanks.

it's do not does and they are pretty true to size. They are a little short in the midsection

They're roomy. Unless you can find a kids size, the small is not going to fit like the clothes you wear.

they run true to size as long as you are not talking about the hooded jackets those run a little bigger.

I recently purchased a vintage boston celtics starter jacket in mint condition im usually a size small in things so I brought a medium and I noticed I have plenty of room inside the jacket and the arm length is perfect but mid section sits on my hips is this right ? Could anyone help ? Thanks
