Starting A new job Thursday...Credit Advisor...

I'm  going to be doing weekly collection calls, research and waivers for a supply company.
Anybody do similar work?  The collection calls are pretty self explanatory...but I'm unsure of the research and waivers part.

On a side note, it feels good to finally make it out of doing manual labor...I feel like I made it 

  I worked in a factory for 6 years, so It is going to be a big change from going to that, to being in an office all day.

Any advice for me?  Besides NT all day
