Was literally looking up a specialist for a movement screening earlier today and it made me think of how I've also been meaning to see a chiropractor for a minute now.

Always heard to get substantial benefits you need to see them repeatedly 4 - 6 times, you know anything about that?

My insurance is ***. :smh:
From what she told me i need to go once a week for a month. Then it can spread out to like every 2-3 weeks then as needed
 
If you can find good massage work in your area for the low, it's a must man.

Got a gem 10 minutes away from me, I fit 2x a month into my budget.

I’ve been going through a knee injury for the better part of 2019 now and the past few weeks I’ve realized I lost ALL the muscle in my quad/hamstring and my whole leg is really tight, which I think is a big contributing factor to the pain. Been working on quad/ham exercises at PT and now I’m gonna go see the chiro and get a massage on mostly my leg. Hopefully they can help loosen it up

I was doing good but last week my leg gave out for a second while I was walking down some stairs. It Killed weeks of progress :frown:. Then yesterday I had to help move a refrigerator down some stairs . Those 2 things really set me back, my knee has been killing me since moving that fridge

Place I've been going to for a decade is the joog only $30 for an hour. I got a couple of dudes I always ask for and I usually throw them $10 tip.


I don't run a program, just feel like I could be benching more.

Like no planning, no progressive overloading at all?

Trying mybluck with pills from 5 star nutrition. Suppose to expel water. Block estrogen. And give a better pump. I typically stayed away from these but ill try it cant hurt

yes sir, my dumbas doctor didn't test me for testosterone on my most recent blood work so I couldn't get on TRT even tho i told him my performance was low. now i gotta wait til December.
but we're still debating the 2nd kid. my wife wants a baby but doesn't want to go through pregnancy and infancy again with all the problems we had with the first.
as soon as it's a confirmed no. im getting the snip snip and shooting the club of mercilessly

i found one but the last dude he got on it ended up getting saggy ******* (forgot the medical term) dude also wasn't a clean eater .

Bich **** normally come from abusing it and not knowing wtf you are doing. If you get lower quality it will sometimes cause worse acne and skin color change, from what Ive heard.
 
Had iPods - didn’t work well for me and returned them.

Powerbeats Pro interested me but seemed big and cumbersome. Jaybird Vistas seem perfect especially since I’m running more then usual.

Any experience with the Vistas? Only thing I may miss is the apple integration of the Powerbeats.

Are connecting wires really that much of a hassle?

These are what I use in the gym and I have no complaints really. If I really had to nitpick I wish the battery life was longer, but they'd be even worse for truly wireless buds.


Anyone do grip specific training? Trying to get back into it and picked up a Captains of Crush No. 1. The disparity between my left and right hands is huge.

How often are you guys hitting full cleans or Olympic lifting in general in a week? Like going for high intensity?

I’m doing twice a week and that’s me trying to be disciplined and not do it every day cause I could.

It’s hard to hold back I wanna do everything every time at the gym. I was boxing stuff every day and had to hold back to 2-3 times per week.

I feel like I’m 20 again (fresh dirty 30)and can do everything so it’s hard. How you guys holding back?

I don't do any Olympic lifts but just in general, honestly man what stops me is time. I don't have as much time to spend in the gym like I did when I was younger so I try to be the most efficient I can with my time.

I’m training for a meet at the moment but I’m basically doing all of those lifts and variations 5x a week. Sooo it’s been my main focus plus improving my form. I got a coach and he’s got me in a program, so everything has been set week to week. It’s been fun but definitely a pivot from my normal routine. Btw welcome to the club (turned 31 last week)
