i prefer high bar as i has more carry over to oly lifts.
really depends on what feels better for each person. anatomy can play a part in which feels better as well. just try both and see how it goes

He can put on little size on because he never worked out. He'll probably plateau because of the music side though.
@m boiz sent me a good bench program few yrs back. Really helped me get past 3 plates. Lots of volume. Gotta look thru old emails see if i can find it
