Need to start using the foam roller...age is catching up to me. Recovery time is slowing up.

Any advice? Do y’all use it and how often?
 
^ did your PT clear you to squat heavy?

My boy is still in rehab/pt for his torn acl. He got surgery a few months ago

It's been over a year and a half since my surgery, I've just been very careful in moving back into heavy squat, for obvious reasons. Also, I work in politics and was working on 2 campaigns during the 2018 cycle and since have been working in a new administration, so it's been tough to get back into a consistent routine. Been getting back into it lately and seeing results which is great

I’m no deadlift expert, but meth form looks off. Maybe a little dangerous. Specifically, he’s lifting his butt to start the lift and then his back ends up being parallel to the ground.
