This was my investment Jan 2021. I don’t plan on stepping back in a commercial gym anytime soon. Thought I was done, but it’s turning into a car build lol. Just bought weightlifting shoes & an ab wheel this week.

Nice bro!

Once I move into my new house, my setup may look similar to yours....with the gym taking up 1/2 of my garage.

Good **** bro!

I told my wife next house we buy has to come with a 3 car garage; the part that houses 2 cars will be for the gym, she can park in the one car portion of she wants.

My wife been telling me to build a gym since we bought the house in June, but I couldnt come to gripes with having my car sit outside. I can still park it in the garage, but it sits out front a couple nights. Its either gainz or the whip.

Again, if it was warm year round I’d be bout it... it’s currently 8 degrees here :/

it was easy to drill up all the walls when I lived in my old house. In my new house I don’t want to damage **** lol

Im thinking about installing one of those wall mounted A/C/heater jawns, and putting some insulation on the garage doors myself.

If you’re serious I think it’s a must. Working out below 50ish degrees just ain’t it. I could do it from a while and after that I was out of it. Now in the summer when you’re in there roasting I loved it

Some mornings its 30*, and after 5 mins on the echo bike I'm warmed up & can hardly feel it lol. Until I walk in the house.

It’s possible. I did it for about 2 years. Is it sustainable? For me, no. Any excuse to not go into the garage I would take it haha.

for those on keto (anyone period) do you guys workout fasted? im not use to it honestly. but with the diet i received not sure if eating eggs before a workout will make me feel bleh or not

Day 4 of hiit.. straight out the box cold turkey haven't worked out since late 2019.
💨 right after.. helps with the jitters..

got a jump rope, 2 platforms, 2 25lbs dumbbells and space. 210lbs the goal, 240 right now

I've been saying for years that I can't imagine most lifters wouldn't be better served working out smarter, rather than harder.

Optimization > over gunning for sheer volume and intensity.

Theres no need to work out for 2hrs or more. Waste of time IMO. Then again, most people in the gym that long arent being efficient. A lotof "resting"
Same this is why Im looking to cop some lifters
Squatted this morning with some plates under my heels & it made a world of difference. That depth...
Be careful with the plates under your heels, esp thehigher up in weight you go

move been lifting fasted becasue I’m not hungry in the morning so I just lift and then go to my cook job and eat there.

it takes some getting used to, I feel like I’m at like 85%. I wouldn’t go for any pr attempts.
