Stress management. What are some of your strategies?

- Working out
- Playing music that resonates with my mood
- Cleaning my place
- Talking to people close to me, not about issues that might be bothering me. But on the flipside, I sometimes don't want to talk to anyone, so I just keep to myself and leave my phone alone.

If you feel like you are going through a depression. GO TO THE DOCTOR, I got a psychiatrist to write me prescriptions for Welbutrin (anti depressants) and they saved my life. Usually its a trigger from early child hood that cause you to lapse into a depression and a therapist can help. However if you really are depressed then a doctor is the only way out, no matter how much good advice you get from people. You need to go to a doctor.
