how long does it last? i think mine is about to get suspended, someone please fill me in, no DUI by the way.

Usually up to a year for example driving w/o insurance and getting into a crash.

depends like someone said above. i remember when mine was suspended because i forgot to turn in an abstract and cleared right away if i remember correctly. iknow i had to go to DMV and get a provisional license after the court cleared me

Got mine suspended back in high school for speeding.
Was clocked @ 93 MPH, had to appear in court...
Court date was in June, I'm about to graduate, then the judge decides to take my license away for 3 months.
My summer coming outta high school sucked horribly.
I was not smashing.
