Any info?

I know in Texas it's usually the weekend before school starts which for my sister is the 19th-21st of August... Everything has to be under a $100.
I use to get Air Foces, 5 for 20 tee's at Finishline, Levi's, and boxers, socks, etc...

New York City has been tax free for years, with clothing purchases of under $110.

Not anymore.  Changed last year.
Damn, I haven't even realized. Apparently it is exempt to clothing under $55 still.
