Definitely, Watchmen was a masterpiece. However it didn't even take place in the DC universe, it just happened to be published by them...
Red Son was good, but it was essentially a long "What If..." by DC. These are pretty much the only stuff from DC I appreciate.

i aint even gonna front, DC is not all that bad but it is too damn complicated for itself. there are hundreds of alternate earths and so many reverse andbizarro characters. makes it hard to keep up with. i still give them their props but Marvel > DC. and as for teams, team marvel is and army, team DC is amonologue
