i love the feeling, it makes me feel like i really did something.

if i don't feel sore after a workout, i know i need to change up what i'm doing or go harder next time.

yup much appreciated. even if soreness doesn't always equal growth it makes you feel like you accomplished something.

At first i hated feeling sore, but now it really does show that you really busted your %#@ in the gym..

Another dope feeling is when people actually notice you getting bigger

The key to counteract this is muscle confusion.

yeah, ive heard of the plateau effect, my friends a trainer though and recommends me different exercises to confuse my muscles so they don'tget used to doing the same old %$## over and over again.
