TRUTH!! I'm tired of all the "he's selfish," "that's ridiculous," "he should donate it," why, he earned it hecan spend it how he likes. One billion donated to the Red Cross won't make the difference this building will. In 10yrs a donation of that amount is spentand another is needed. From ground-breaking all through its life to demolition people will work and make a living off of this structure. Those people living inshanties next to it are the ones building and maintaining it making a living. Think about it.
