    stairs after a leg day [​IMG]
    squatting down to take a dump after a leg day [​IMG]
    getting out of bed and expecting that damn near fatal blow to your legs youre about to feel [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]
    brushing your teeth after a chest or triceps day [​IMG]
    putting on deodorant after an arms day [​IMG]
    pretty much doing anything after an arms day [​IMG]


    but i love it [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG][​IMG]

    son you need to learn about GLUTAMINE (Sp?)

    GO TO GNC or massnutrition.com AND BUY SOME,

    It takes soo much of that soreness away,

    once you get some you will try and it and be like HOLY NT

    I cant believe im not sore

    I like the feeling of being sore. Especially when you stretch it out it feels [​IMG] imo

    moe, u shouldn't be gettin that sore if u hit the gym off the regular....u need to do some serious stretching b4 and after ur work outs if u gettin thatsore. n drink alot of water, dont mess with no bum Gatorade/vitamin water etc...i hit the gym EVERY day like its my job and on MWF i hoop for n hour at mycollege before i go to the gym, n after all that im only the least bit sore the next day. n yea i mover serious weight, 750+ on a leg press, 265 on squats, 235on bench (my main goal to improve) n no, i don't juice. all natural. but yea man it is a great feeling of a good work out, but to feel the burn n be soreare 2 way diff things. jus do some simple stretches n u should be fine.

    I take about 10g of Glutamine a day and it helps with the soreness but as often as I try to switch up my routines I always have somesoreness. I love it though. I feel like it wasnt a good workout unless im sore the next day and actually look forward to waking up and testing out the muscleto see what kind of pain im in for the day. [​IMG]

    OP you sound silly to me, better recovery=better gains.

    seriously, go pick up a muscle & fitness magazine.

    I've started working out again about two weeks ago,
    and suprisingly I've been feeling barely sore after the day I work out.

    the first few days when you start back up is [​IMG] though

    i went hard for a week and that weekend i cant move

    it was like death then when i did move as son as i stop and sit its the same thiing all over again



    can soome body get me the names of the things i need to pick up [​IMG]

    Drink more water(1-2 gallons a day) and GLUTAMINE is useless.

    I enjoy the soreness.

    For taking a dump, I squat down to a certain point and just fall back...

    Water, protein, creatine, multivitamin, fish oil, healthy food. I can tell you exactly what I take but you might want to form your own opinion on supplements.

    That's about it...

    ...and for the people saying to p/u a muscle & fitness, 'supplements' will make your PWO soreness go away etc... LULZ.

    If you're doing the big three lifts correctly and you're not sore, you fail.

    OF COURSE you get sore but you recover better.

    youc cant be serious, OP acting like he cant even get out of bed sore. please tell me i dont know what im talking about i have the body to prove it.

    I like the feeling, everything all taught. I usually want to punch anyone I come across just feeling like I can body the Juggernaut.

    Aw man... It feels good being sore after a good workout. I don't really feel sore that much anymore though cause I take certain supplements. Putting ondeodorant is the worst after a heavy chest day...lol
