If I recall correctly, there are at least six different Glove PE's made when he was with the Heat. ^Those, a white version of those, blk/platinum and That doesn't count the couple versions he had when he was with the Sonics.
Son of Glove = no monkey paw, no zoom-air, no carbon fiber - probably the most important features of the shoe, but still the NIKE cursive writing was appealing to me. Man just looking at Slacker's pic just bring back that late-90's nostalgic feeling . I'm getting old son .
Got to love some never seen Gloves with Peak shorts. If and when these drop (quality reliant) watch people pull a quick U'ey and be all over them. Be happy when the all powerful swoosh decides they will throw us a retro of a non-tapped endorsee line. Remember when the Heat ran through the Mavs in the Finals people were begging for a Heat GP release.
I never knew about those. I just assumed the white and black ones were the OG colourways. I like those black/red ones a lot. They remind me of my Charcoal Flightposite's. How did you obtain those? They're signed too?
about time... I'll be interested to see the quality of the leather if these retro... give me a new pair of these though...
but people rock those with da zipper down cuz they was doing it with these first. remember that da flightposite I's are technincally zoom flight 99's and were da successor of da Zoom flight 98 (da glove) da 97's were zoom flight V's (kidd) 96 were Penny 95 was kidd
black ones..naw, white ones? hell yea.... da black tony parkers which drew inspiration from these did pretty well...at least da POP colorway did.
sounds like in the video he's talking about the ratchet ones when he references the buckle? or has this already been covered
He did say "the first one; with the zipper". If I'm not mistaken, the first personalized shoe for GP was the Air Thrill. After that, he had the Turbulence, Hawk Flight and some others before his first signature (Zoom Flight '9.
