There’s have been FSR on some of the same stuff on the site for years. Stuff slowly sells out then they reup as always. Don’t understand what OP’s objective is here.

Im confused about the "objective" part. What I'm saying is for example - they just recently re-stocked some hoodies (yellow, red, blue, black, burgundy, grey, olive) after being sold out of them forever, and they still have FSR's. Not one single size of anything has sold. I expected them to fly off the shelves, but they are still sitting there.
