Gracie had some promise but he's lost a lot lately. In the span of a 1.5 years he's fought 3 contenders and lost all of them

 
As someone who had to weigh in while In the military. Them weight cuts get worse and more difficult as you get older.

For his age, I’m sure he’s fine. But that’s a 45 pound weight cut. That is insane.
