Thats what he said he did before the Jury fight. Before his match started he and one of his training partners/coaches started fighting backstage so it would help him start faster and get in the groove of things.

It just sucks that the focus is on the spectacle of McGregor less on the fight.

Aldo/McGregor would be hype. And probably a great introduction to Aldo for the mainstream.

I really haven't seen many moves from McGregor. Spin kick, high kick and a jab lol. JBJ has a multitude of moves thanks to the creativity generated from that white girl and Hennessy.

I'm looking forward to the fight card on Sunday. Definitely two interesting co mains. Hope the train doesn't derail.

I just wonder how all of those flashy moves would work against the legit of the legit opponents. If Dustin wasn't so emotionally invested, the fight could have played out a lot longer into later rounds, we would have seen how Conor's skill set looked

His movement though is what impresses me the most, it's really like water. Very nice to witness

Eventually opponents will stop being so bothered by Conor and make the match go into later rounds.. I do believe Conor has a vast arsenal of strikes though

Jacare vs Romero scratched from UFC 184. Jacare has pneumonia.

Didn't realize that Koscheck is fighting Ellenberger at 184. I thought Kos retired after Woodley took his soul with that KO.

I saw Kos on the card and was like

and then

I expect Ellenberger to get back on track in this fight in devastating fashion. If he can't beat Kos who was getting outstruck by Matt Hughes until the ko a cpl years years ago, he needs to hang em up

I wanted Romero to get his comeuppance after his last fight.

I was hoping we could get Weidman vs. Strike Force. Weidman/Rockhold followed by Weidman/Souza. If he went through Silva, Machida, Belfort, Rockhold and Souza, you'd have to say Weidman is legit.

And that spin kick by McGregor wouldn't really work in a fight. That Capoeira is pointless. I won't lie his movement is great. I'd like to see his movement against Dillashaw or Cruz.

Yeah the Cap that McGregor loves to use is more so about the movement and the footwork. I love it tbh

It is cool to see that kind of stuff but I wouldn't honestly want to see that for every fight

The WWE type stuff I still need tbh. Can't see every fighter be buddy buddy that **** would get so boring for me
