Didn't think we had a thread since my guy @ColdCity got the boot, he was a real one :smh:

Glad to see most of the regular Bulls fans are still active :nthat:

Where's the homie @Seymore CAKE tho :nerd:

Anyways, what a rollercoaster ride of a season we had to say the least. Really didn't want to make the playoffs because that means FO will find a way to keep this squad together :smh:

With that being said, I think we win this series

Yeah. I also think we have the ability to wash Washington if we beat the Celtics

Keeping my expectations super low, just so I don't set myself up for disappointment.
All in all, teams playing some good ball right now.....let's get it!

It's amazing. Stole 2 games in Boston. Wade, Rondo and Zipser had a good game.
    Jimmy with his standard output.
Do we smell an 8th seed upsetting a 1st seed again?

Like SLP said above, trying not to get too excited just yet. But staying positive if they can keep playing the way they are. It's been like this all season. Hard for Boston to figure out who besides are Big 3 will be stepping up. Game 1 was Portis, game 2 was Lopez and Zipser. Nonetheless, I like how they've come out playing these two games!

Losing Rondo killed our momentum .. somebody has to step up tonight or this series is a wrap.

If only we had traded a solid veteran big man, and a streaky shooting high draft pick for a dancing clown of a backup PG :smh:

    If only...

    man **** gar/pax
    roster is mostly trash
hoiberg is an awful coach. he was ranked 30th in recent rankings for good god damn reason.

how many players had DNP-CD and Starts? like half the roster?

sadly they will "re-tool" with more washed up veterans and LOW upside young players

for every smart move they make (drafting butler, hiring thibs) they take two steps back (hiring hoiberg, trading for cam payne)

You give em far too much credit. They got lucky with Jimmy. Thibs was a young coach and just came off a Boston team that won a chip. It was the obvious right move and they would look foolish if they didn't hire him. Team was only competitive because Derrick was a freaking Unicorn and we rode him offensively day in and day out and our illustrious GM and President of operations didn't do jack to make the team any better.

Hoidberg simple self didn''t even give some of these guys consistent burn during the regular season in order to get them up to speed and synchronize with one another, but now during the post season he throws them directly into the fire against a Boston team who although overachieved, still has two all stars and is the number 1 seed and expects the players to be great. . I think MCW could have worked out great for us. I get he isn't that great of a shooter, but he is still a guard with length (#PAUSE).

nah im not giving bulls mgmt any credit for the last 5 years

thibs was in the nba for 20 years as an assistant, bulls are the first team to give him a job. and hes regarded as a very good coach now.

you can say they got lucky with butler, but you can say that about every team picking any player. gotta give them credit.

MCW is trash! he cant run an offense, he can score at the rim, he cant defend..what ppl see in him is beyond me.

I don't see us pushing it to Game 7, body language at the end of Game 5 showed me everything :smh:

Blow it up already. Fire Fred. Move On.

It's incredible how good we looked the first two games. We might've swept then had Rondo not gotten hurt. And now...getting blown out at home, and about to lose four straight. Actually, it sounds about right.
