I felt like the price of a ticket for Bonnaroo was justified by the musical acts alone.

I read that he isn't making money off this tour. He's doing it so his Tonight Show employees - most of which were from his Late Night show - can continue working. Ticket prices are probably paying for the venue and their salaries.

The show was so good. Went to the one at Universal Studios last night. Jim Carey showed up for a musical number, and Seth Green, Aziz Ansari, Jack McBrayer, Sarah Silverman, and Jonah Hill showed up to pull the Walker lever.
Great to see Conan and Andy again. If you're wondering, the show consisted of monologues, the band (everyone minus Max), Conan performing songs, a few videos, and a few sketches.
