[IMG] Looks like I can't make it to the summit AGAIN! [IMG] My ride is leaving out of town, and I can't believe I'm going to miss out on thissummit again.

So no looks on the Hoop Summit? Eh, it's kinda too late now.

I would go but i heard tickets are $20....smh, Ima try and go.

I can get into most clubs for $10......., sometimes free. Im paying 20 to look at shoes? Thats my rationale.[IMG] There better be some females up there.

My first summit ever! Props to Kadoma and everyone else for setting the whole thing up. Rolled up to engine room around 4 and see a chock full of hypebeastswaiting in line outside on a quite sunday[IMG] Most everyone was grillin meand my brother as we walked up, mad uncomfortable. Waited in line, got the wristband and made the grand entrance. Snapped some pics of the tables

Took this picture while waiting in line for the goodie bag. Mad people were cutting in line so "when in rome..."[IMG]

After waiting in line we went around the tables to look, listen to people lowball the sellers, blah, blah, blah and made our way to the front stage. Thingskinda got interesting here....

So we made it to the stage, Kadoma was givin out raffles, throwin random stuff into the crowd and general madness[IMG] Dudes boxin out, shovin, wrestlin for hoodies, fitteds, mixtapes, T's etc.twas crazy[IMG] Some Travis from GCH lookin dude cleaned up tho, he had hisown area cleared out and his goodie bag was dumb fat. And to the angry Puerto Rican dude in the teal shirt with cornrows : [IMG]Dude was posted up in front with the [IMG] face just salty. Son had on some Grape V's or something and I stepped on themon accident and dudes [IMG] got even worse. Tried to retaliate on me and mybrother, but all he did is scuff up an old pair of dockers shoes and some beat adidas super skates[IMG] Kadoma was stirrin up moshpits with the giveaways and this genius was cryinabout his Grapes[IMG]Oh well...
The award for best dancers goes to...

Kadoma how much you pay her to be there? Shorty was dancin like her life depended on it[IMG]

Then some body contortionists got on stage...let's just say they got a giant [IMG] from the crowd when the MC asked for a round of applause[IMG]

Anyway, at the end of the day I came out of a scrum with a H-Town fitted that resulted in the bill lookin like an evisu logo[IMG] When I got home I straightened it out

Overall had a good time, some of the people at the tables were real uppity about their shoes but thats come to be expected these days. I would say the $10dollar fee was worth it and Kadoma definitely did a good job out there. Houston is definitely on the come up.

Yea, I was hoping things would work out with Kickz and they would bounce back a bit sooner.
To the best of my knowledge next week tickets will be available at ticketmaster locations all over, ticketmaster.com and by phone at 713 629 3700 if yourlooking for something a bit cheaper and more convienent.
But by far for the average sneaker head, going to Afront or Premium and getting a 'Boutique Bundle' Ticket is the best bang for your buck.
If you buy a pair of shoes, etc. with the coupon within the next 3 months following the Summit, you can get your money back plus some if your smart.
Not to mention it might have you walking out of the Summit with an incredible raffle prize as well.
