I wont drop the ball on the piece. This piece is something I always personally wanted and dreamed about. Now I have the ability to make it come to fruition. The Gold Piece will be 250 Grams 16.28 carats VS D-H Color Diamonds. I could of cut corners by using a back plate or making it partially semi-hollow. I didn't. It too me over 6 Months to finalize the design. Years of finding pics and planning

out of curiosity, whats the size for the 150gr gonna be? Gotta baby Jacob and I’m thinking of going full size and would like it around 175gr.

150 grams would be 60% of the OG Size so with bale you are looking at 2.2 inches

The weight is too much. Have you ever seen a Jacob or Tito in person? When Frank mentioned the back plate, he was referring to the fact that jchamber's Jacob piece was already solid and weighed 120 so they added additional gold in the form of a plate. Also, Jacob took the original Tito piece and cleaned it up for his variant, thus it should weigh in the 120-170 gram. Other nters through the years with kufi and Kanye versions have weighed from 120-170. Not based on either Jacob or titos, but ifco Conan piece only weighed 200g and is much larger in scale. The only reasons that I can think the weight varies from 120-170 is because the shape changes through years and the gold kt changes as well based on what the customer wants.

I agree the weight is very heavy compared to other JP my piece is more dimensional and thicker than those JPs. This piece is not made for everyone I am not hollowing this piece or flattening the design. It is what it is .

they look like they may have the kinda thin/flat look while not actually being that thin nor flat. I sawr pictures on social medias where Danieljewelryinc cubans looked similar so it's not unusual. I've not carefully studied images of the different links over the years but I think they tend to look like that when they're extra tight + I think it's sumthin they do/don't do to the edges or the front of the links on other cubans.
