chicagos have turned into my favorite 31 and I didn’t like em that much when they 1st dropped. So clean.

Love the 31s and picked up a few diff colorways the year they were released. From what I can remember I bought the Banneds, USAs, these JBCs, and a UNC lows. Here’s an old pic from the Gram with the Jordan Brand Classic East and West pairs. West pair is grey w/gold Jumpman for those that don’t remember

That’s hot brotha good job . Just out of curiosity I was having this convo with a friend of mine on the XXXI and XXXIV. If you could go back in time and you worked for JB. Is there anything you would change about the XXXI?

Prob will never happen but would be sick if JB decided to “retro/protro” the 31 with GOAT traction and shut down the performance shoe game lol. Hoopers would load up and have 31 protros on deck for years

the JBC pairs were kinda limited if I remember correctly. Then there was a solid gold pair that only had 23 pairs made.

Quai 54s are crazy! I've had a size 14 in them for a few years now but I think I finally have a 13 on its way. This will complete my collection of having all the retail release pairs including the Golds, Quai 54s, and Westbrook MVPs in a size 13. I think it's 35 or 36 pairs? And then I have like another 70 PE pairs lol.

NToweG the three I just mentioned were the three most limited pairs. Golds were limited to 23 numbered pairs (plus some non-numbered Friends and Family pairs given to JB athletes and other F&F of JB, which is the pair I have.) The Quai 54 mids (not to be confused with the lows, which got a retail release) were given out to players at the Quai 54 tournament and a very limited amount (not more than one or two FSRs) were available for retail sale at the Jordan store in Paris. The Westbrook MVP pair was a quickstrike that dropped on SNKRS right after he won the MVP award. They're technically a 30.5 but still. Probably the 4th-most limited pair was the Cyber Monday quilted pair (they were also referred to as Black Cat, until another actual Black Cat pair dropped).

And then the two JBC Classic Pairs (East and West) and the Rio pair are probably all on the next tier of availability, with the JBCs being way more sought-after.

Everything else received a wide release.

Part of my getaway at the beach attire. Went crazy on this shoe. Part of it was probably because of the work Westbrook was putting in with this shoe. Dude most def deserved MVP that year and others.

Alright y'all. I completed the high top Jimmy Butler 31 collection. This includes the game worn, dual-signed Black History Month pair, as well as his game worn All Star Game PE, which I'm told is the actual pair he wore in the ASG (before breaking out a fresh pair of them in Miami.) I also didnt realize that the ASGs had a solid black sole compared to the one on the retail release. So I've got all 15 known high top PEs and 1 of 3 known low top PEs.

You can scroll through previous pages to see close-ups of most of the pairs. I just took close-ups of the three new pairs I got and the whole collection together.

There's a retail release of the low tops with a clear sole, and then the teams got a bunch of PEs, which you can see in my picture here. The PE low tops are a little different, with a solid yellow sole and some other subtle differences.

I've got an extra pair of the PE lows and an extra pair of the pinks if you're interested. Both size 11.5 I think?

Anyone know how 31's fit? I'm usually a size 8 in Jordan 1s but I go down half a size on some models like the Jordan 1 Low OG. For reference, I usually wear a 7-7.5 mens in Vans too.

I just saw a pair of Chicago 31s in a 7.5 mens and I'm thinking if I should cave in, I need a new pair of basketball shoes lol
