More hacking with the rule changes. Guys can play more physical on the perimeter and get away with stuff more often

There are as many guys that are off that are lighting it up though. Some guys just having a down year from 3

I think you’re right, but seems like the refs are interpreting the changes more broadly and allowing more physical defense all around.
