If the Sixers dont win it all within the next year or so, would you consider the "process" a failure?
I say yes. Failed top 3 picks, numerous busts drafted, not one ECF or FInals appearance to show for 5+ years of tanking.
What is a failure?
Cause I was told Lebron going to LA was a failure for only winning 1 ring and now I'm getting told the Process by Philly was a success cause now they're a perennial upper middle of the pack contender.
Not saying it was the wrong move.
To miss on picks in the top 3 and in the top 10 in 5 years with no ECF or Finals appearance to show for it makes it a failure.
In 2013 I wanted CJ over everyone lolKinda shows regardless of who your scouting department consists of, how much luck is involved in the drafting process.
That's arguably 5 failed drafts
2013: Michael Carter Williams
2014: Joel Embiid
2015: Jhalil Okafor
2016: Ben Simmons
2017: Fultz
2018: Zhaire Smith
THEY told me Elton Brand couldn’t do anything lolCraziest thing is Philly was able to get Jimmy for a package of Covington/Saric/Bayless/2nd round pick.
Are we sure Demar won’t he traded by the deadline? In the offseason?

maybe Bulls fans would post again to talk about the trade
The Sixers definitely has a good chance of reaching The Finals if they ran it back with Jimmy Butler. Their worst move by far was letting him walk
i live in Chi and won’t be back home that day
