Nowadays you can go platinum without ANY NY airplay.

People only move South because its cheaper. If they could afford to stay in the city they would.
People keep talking about Miami like its some great place. With the exception of women and nightlife its terrible down there.
Memorial Day Wknd. is corny. Only fake ballers go down there stunting. Like I said, stop gassing MIA to be something that its not. MIA is Haiti in the UnitedStates outside of the beach.

Weather? I'd rather have a snowstorm than a hurricane. As a result of those hurricanes, the real estate in Miami is at an all time low. You can't getinsurance for your property because they are high risk.

I don't hate the South, but some of the music down there pisses me off....although there are a good number of decent rappers from the South [like Outkast,T.I., Ludacris, UGK, and a few more].
