Yea It says sold out for digital version on my screen but disc version says in-stock. Go for the disc version ya'll.

It's sold out too once you get to the place order screen. Already seeing cancelation emails on Twitter.

apparently Gamestop is taking in store preorders $50 down
don't have locations but someone in Houston confirmed they got it

called one close by. Taking preorders with $50 down. Only digital left though. I’ll pass.
