Huge point there, especially with the indication by Molina.

Both guys are pretty tight now.

No one expected this from Stan... impressed by his fight even after losing that 3rd.

His returning has been poor. Seems like he gives up if he doesn't win either of the first 2 points when returning.

    Djoki has found his weakness.

Make him run around the court, and he can wrap this up.

LOL. So it's Sloane vs. Serena part 2

Really, not much drama... a lot of players yell 'come on'... I didn't get what the big deal was.

    Sloane, please make it interesting.

Are we expecting anything other than greatness from Federer at this point? His run the past few years has been legendary. Definitely one of the GOAT male players. Kinda wish he had a legit rival during his prime like Agassi-Sampras. Roddick never quite filled that role.

I was debating with a friend about the legacy of the Wiliams sisters. I think both have to be considered top 5 female players, along with Graf, Nav, and King. Does them two playing against each other pretty much their whole career hurt or help their individual numbers? Grand Slams: Serena - 15, Venus - 8. No one else in their era has more than four (Sharapova, Clijsters, Henin). Graf - 22 (most guys or girls) Navratilova - 18. Is it possible for the Williams sisters to surpass Steffi Graf or Martina Navratilova?

Federer is dishing out hot serves like a machine right now.

I would think that it's possible for the Williams sisters to surpass Graf. Particularly Serena. Serena is still in excellent shape, and last season we really saw her playing outstanding tennis as if she's only getting better with age. Barring injury I think she still has a few good seasons left in her. They're legacy will forever be remembered, based on their stats, what they did for womens tennis (publicity wise), and also fighting for (and winning) women to have equal prize money as male champions.

I don't see Venus winning another slam.  Serena should have a shot at Martina, but Graf's 22 would be a big ask.

Hmmm... I guess it was a bit pre-mature to expect big things from Raonic this year.  This is a horrendous match. [IMG]

The match-stats will not be a true reflection of Fed's performance today.
