How does people in TAN feels towards that kind of investment ? Every lawyer I know has a roly but I just can't picture myself never owning one, it just feels so mandatory that's corny ... Would you guys invest in such an expensive watch?

You dont have to invest in a Rolex itself, but I think everyone should invest in 2 or 3 nice watches. Plenty of options under 1000 dollars. (I'm a fan of Movado myself)

My pops copped a rollie from some vintage site went to take it to get fixed at the rolex store and told him it was worth alot more. My moms rollie went up 1k after a year. So it is a good investment if you know the market
