Well if you pull a gun to my head, my guess is that a weakened core (due to a long layoff), muscular imbalance and hamstring tightness is what's causing my back tightness
Either that or it's a slight scoliosis that's gotten worse with age that went undiagnosed in grade school
I'm pretty sure it's not a herniated disc because the pain isn't radiating or sharp and I haven't even been doing anything as of late that would cause a disc herniation
