Thought I would help some of you guys out.

I sell a lot of shoes on ebay and the buyers usually like it when the box for their shoes come in good condition along with the shoes and most people hate it when they get their shoes and the shoebox is just taped up or wrapped with some paper.

Finding boxes to ship out shoes is a pain. My brother and I came up with this pretty cool technique to make boxes to ship stuff in.

We use USPS Priority Mail boxes that you can pick up at your local post office. These boxes are very sturdy yet at the same time very light as well.

The particular box that I am using is 13.5x12x3 but there are a few variations of this box varying by 1 to 3 inches.

Step One

Get the box :D

Step Two

Measure the side of your Jordan box. I usually use a standard 14 centimeters to leave some breathing space.

Step Three

Measure 14 centimeters from the edge of the box and draw a line with a ruler.

Step Four

Use a blade and make a light surface cut. Repeat on the other side.

You should be able to bend the cardboard into a three dimensional box.

Fold the flaps that you cut over and tape them down.
