Speaking of Starbury, had to read this in college. Solid read.

This is humanly impossible.
I don’t know if they’re saying he put on 18 lbs total since before he entered the league or 18lbs + 15lbs = 32lbs he already put on. Either way it’s hilarious.

All Zion needed to do was diet. Less weight = less stress on the knees. 300lbs bouncing around like a pinball = no bueno for the knees.

simple physics. Look at what happened to Klay/PG, Now imagine that happened to Zion.

I honestly would have been more impressed if they said Zion lost 18lbs.

285 - 18 = 267 lbs

Trae Young and Luka Doncic lead the league in deep-3 activity this season, according to Second Spectrum data. Doncic is 20 years old and launching 6.2 deep 3s per game. Young is 21 and shooting 6.3.

To help put those numbers in context: In 2013-14, Lillard led the league by taking 1.4 per game. These young bucks are launching long triples at rates that are massively dwarfing the pioneers of just a few years ago.

My man Trae shot 37% on 3’s almost entirely off the bounce from 30+ feet. Special shooter in the making

 at Kendall Marshall on that list. He shot from so far because he couldn't beat anyone off the dribble.
