I always thought taking the ball out of Booker's hands would suit them better. Have him to what Klay does. Then you just get a big stiff to rebound, block shots and catch oops down low.

I didn't say it was a great reason, I am just saying it was probably a reason. Booker was their only thing they had going for them, he was 21 on the night Ayton got drafted, and they were gonna offer him the max. So of course they would consider him in their future plans. Ayton seemed like it was a no brainer way not to **** things up.
