Reminds of when Rondo withdrew back when he was one of the top point guards at the time. Him and Coach K just did not get along. The last straw was when he was telling Rondo what play to call, Rondo picked up his dribble to listen to him -- then started dribbling again for a double dribble. Coach K took him out the game immediately, and at that point I knew he was gone. To avoid the embarrassment of being cut, the reason was he was leaving the team due to a family emergency.
