I cant bring myself to say that Timbo is better than the Neptunes I just can't Although he he is definitely my 2nd fave producer.
Because the Neptunescan spazz as well no pun intended.

Beats 4 da Streets (Intro) in Aaliyah's One In A Million Album. Can anybody find me a better intro than that. I actually like the old Timbo better.He's so versatile making him able to do different genres of music. My favorite producer of all time.
