The raps should hire J.P. Ricciardi as their GM. Assuming that the BLue Jays are also "rebuilding" and have done really well in the past few years in terms of making moves and selecting quality draft picks, J.P. Ricciardi is definitely doing a really good job. I really like his philosophy, and I think it is an awesome approach that the Raptors should mimic.
