I just got a trade offer for my 2014 carmine 6s for tuxedo 11 lows 

I just want to know 

1) Is this a fair trade?

2) Are the tuxedo 11s real?

3) If if is not a good trade or real what would be a good trade offer? 

4) I see some creasing on the patent leather will this cause problems in the future? Heard once patent leather cracks the shoe is pretty much done.
