My hangtag from my white cement 3s from 2011 is very stiff. Had to put force into bending it also.

The fakes hangtags will be SUPER stiff.. You won't be able to bend it much at all. I'm not sure if it's still the case on recent releases, but that was a good tell a few years ago.

Well from what brixxx said you should be fine. Don't have that shoe so can't truly speak on it. Just referring to my 2011s which is very stiff. I'm sure that not all of the hang tags from the last several years were made the exact same.
