Small pox blankets was NOT a science experiment, it was biogenocide-It's no different from people rushing through a village and slaughtering everyone including women and children with guns, or swords or whatever else humans have used to kill each throughout their history

Anyhow other potential ways the govt could be screwing you over for you paranoid types
-Water, it's for the most part controlled and regulated by the govt they could put whatever they want in there (eg-The water system was actually used as a means of building herd immunity to polio)
-Technology-TV, cellphones, the internet etc etc what kinda technology of mind control does the govt have at their disposal that could be broadcasted through sites like NT
-AIR, many microbes are airborne as are chemicals
-The food and agriculture industry-poisons, contaminated livestock
The government is potentially killing us in these ways, yet we are living longer than we have ever lived-The life expectancy and elderly population in this country has been growing steadily for decades
