Unknown Nike's Help

Any help in identifying these Nike's. I was surprised to see these shoes on a rack of old shoes at the Goodwill donation center yesterday, Thought they looked neat and I bought them. I tried to locate any information about them with no luck. I was told by someone they may have been made for a NFL player. I was also told they were made in 2000. I tried entering as much info from the tag inside shoe but that came up empty. The shoes are a size 16. I emailed Nike and got no response yet. They were worn maybe once because the condition they are in now. I would like to know what type of shoes they are, like the name of them and when they were made if possible. Or maybe someone can tell me what the numbers mean on this particular tag. Any help would be appreciated.

UPDATE: Nike said these shoes were made between 1997 - late 1999. Nike Air Pro Destroyer Stove.

There were countless Football models (and colorways within those models) that were used by players in that era.The tagging isn't the normal production date we're used to seeing. These would be considered in line with team issue instead of a PE. Although, models like these weren't exclusive to the Pros. High school and college teams would use them as well.
