Decided to get some exposure for some friends. They already hit up facebook and craigslist with ads, hoping it's ok to post one on here.
A couple of my friends are looking to sublet their three bedroom apt ASAP. They had a falling out w/ another roommate and can't afford to live there at themoment. Clean place, spent some time in there. 3 girls, so it's kept clean. Here's the info:
Num Rooms: 3
Num Baths: 2
7th & 43rd (near 7th & 43rd)
Dogs Allowed
Cats Allowed
Smokers Allowed
Spacious, unfurnished 3 bedroom & 1.5 bathroom apartment available ASAP. There is parking available in a controlled access parking garage for additionalcosts. Laundry on site. Close to UW campus and near convenient bus lines to downtown. If you would like to take a look at the place please contact us to set upa time we can meet up for a tour. Taking over the lease & signing an application (and being approved) with property manager is needed.
The cost for one bedroom would $494 + utilities.
$1,480 + utilities for the whole thing. (98105)
