Those are Authentics. Eras look just like that but have the padding at the heal.
I think half-cabs are the most comfy though.

Eras (basically authentics w/ padding around the heel and more cushion in the sole). authentics are narrow and mold to the shape of your foot

Authentics are the best imo. They are comfortable and you can wear them with pants or cargo's.
