Vapor Max plus - HELP

Hi, I’ve recently bought the Vapor Max plus, well 2-3 weeks and they were fine and brand new.
But yesterday i’ve noticed that one of the back bubbles of the left shoe has expended.
so if you have any idea on how to fix it or what may have caused it comment down below.
