It's a pretty slow season out here in Nov. The Strip will be fairly dead at night. On the plus side, it's not triple digit heat.
If you're looking to come out here and party and see plenty of women, come during a warmer month. If you're just here to gamble and hate crowds oftourists, you may enjoy the slower paced months out here.

Its not bad I actually went to vegas in novevember. Pro less crowded but that is the con also. But no matter what clubs will still be packed with #$*$*#!.
