M.Bison at high difficulty in SS2 (not turbo, super or whatever, THE ORIGINAL STREET FIGHTER 2)

Bosses that are simply tough
Pokemon Elite Four the first go round (especially if you like to challenge yourself and have lower level pokemon)
Fire Emblem final bosses.
Bear Hugger's 2nd version from Punch Out!! on the Wii

can't think of others

not exactly a "video game boss" but Nnamdi Asomugha of the oakland raiders, i can NEVER complete the pass when he's around. Makes me 

 when he knocks the pass

That son of a *%##@ Mech Gouki (Mech Akuma) on Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter,the final boss on Devil May Cry 3,ALMOST every boss on Ninja Gaiden 2 and if my memory serves me corrrectly Anubis from Zone Of The Enders:2nd Runner was a pain in the #*# as well.

cant even get passed the 2nd level, dude keeps killing me wit his eyeballs

and im still playing wit on the 360, the sega genesis ultimate collection game, so if anyone can help me out, please do

ok its this boss but in the 2nd stage hes just a bunch of eyeballs..impossible to beat
