Volunteer Firefighters on NT?

Anybody on NT know how intense the training will be?

Any tips on how to train before the actual firefighter training? lol

About Me:

I would say I'm a really fit person. I eat correctly, run 10 miles a day, and lift hard in the gym.

I don't smoke nor do I drink. Good morals, clean background except for an incident in high school that I don't want to relive.

I'm taking fire classes right now, but check out the fire academy of orange county...you can find it online, good show

I'm not a firefighter, but I have the up most respect for the people who risk their lives every day to save others and their homes. Firefighters are unsung heroes, who do a LOT more than people realize.
